Permanent Informative Commissions
Once the new Corporation was formed in the extraordinary session celebrated the 13th June 2015, it is considered to proceed to determine the new system of organization and functioning of this City Council.
According to that established in the article 20. 1c of the La2 7/1985 the 2nd April Regulatory of the Terms and Conditions of the Local Regime; art.123 to 126 and 134 to 138 of the Royal Decree 2568/1986 the 28th November by which it is approved the Regulation of Organization, Functioning and Legal Regime of the Local Entities, it is establish as a necessary body in townships with more than 5000 inhabitants, the informative committees as a legal body which has the aim of study, report or consultation of the issues that have to be subjected to the Plenary decision, as well as the checking of the management of the Mayor, the Local Governing Board and the Councilors who have delegations, for all this it is proposed the creation of the following Permanent Informative Commissions.
